Crisis Services is now available by TEXT!

Third Level Crisis Center has begun providing crisis intervention services via text. The service is available from Monday through Friday from 4-8 pm. The service launched on March 1.

The texting service is made available through a grant from the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. The Lifeline was awarded supplemental funding from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Third Level is one of only two crisis centers in the country to receive this grant. The service is expected to increase access to Third Level’s critical services for teens and those with hearing impairments.
